Comments: They have done a terrific job on my lawn. It had been neglected for some weeks, so a lot of work was needed to bring it back up to par. They have done a fantastic job of getting it back to beautiful. The only neutral comment I have is that they should communicate to the customer that it will take 2 or 3 visits to hit all the areas of a neglected lawn when they are first hired. It is completely understandable, but I think it could help them to avoid issues with some less understanding customers if they explained that to them up front. With that in mind, I am 100% satisfied!
